The Brief

Halton came to us without a website, the club was growing and needed a web presence where students could learn more about timetables, classes and pricing.

The Goals

Mobile: The age range of BJJ students are typically the 16-40 range, who are more likely to primarily use mobile devices, so having a site that renders on mobile would be an important part of the site.
Content: Having a flexible content management system where the club could add or edit content quickly was key to the clubs growth.
SEO: Given the club is based at a set location having it rank within search engines with location pages was vital to the site being discovered.

The Results

Post launch the Halton site had the following results:

• Pagespeed: The site loads incredibly fast with scores of 99/100 on mobile and desktop. The speed of the site keeps users browsing.
• Conversions: Once the site had become embedded in the search engines the club received a large number of enquiries which was vital to the clubs growth.
• Management: The club find it easy to update and manage the site, with new content, events and imagery being added regularly.

The site has helped the clubs growth and given it a strong and professional identity. It’s easy to find online and with a user friendly navigation and strong call to actions the enquiries keep pouring in.
